trying to be upbeat

Not feeling any better at all - icing down my shoulder and neck help - I'm going on vacation so am trying to pace my chores, work, etc. so I can pack without killing myself! I AM looking forward to the trip and hope some serious down time will help get me to the next injections.

it's been a long time

Well, it has been a long time since i posted - too depressed I guess - my last injection was 6 weeks ago - at the time the MD told me they usually get the most bang for the buck on the first shot! I'd say that's pretty true by my experience - in addition to the botox I've been on a drug for a while, too -
Sad to say, I feel about as bad as when I was driven to get injections in the first place.

A long time ago, I went to a salon to get my hair cut. A women came and sat in the chair next to mine; she was bent over with what I now know to be cervical dystonia. I felt sorry for her - and now look at me. Karma
